Helpful Hint # 1

Did you know, that in Generate Forms you can right click on a form and "Add it to Favorites". Once you have added a form to your list, you would then check the box "Show Favorites Only" to see the forms in your list.

Helpful Hint # 2

Did you know, there is a "Save Button" at the top of the Process Manager so that you can easily Save your dataset without getting out of the transaction in case you need to leave your desk for a few minutes.

Helpful Hint # 3

Did you know, that you could print your Truth In Savings Disclosure for each account without having to go into any transaction? Under your Deposit Menu, there is an option called "Print Deposit Disclosures", when you've opened it up, there is a check box at the bottom right that says "TIS Disclosures Only". If you choose this option, only the Truth in Saving will print for each transaction you choose.

Helpful Hint # 4

Did you know, that while in a transaction, if you go into "Additional Documents" and print a form, instead of automatically printing, it will add it to the bottom of your "Document Checklist" and it will be underlined.

Helpful Hint # 5

Did you know, that you can leave comments or instructions about certain forms in the Document Checklist. By going to the far right side of Document Checklist, there is a section called "Comments", you can type directly into this field and leave comments for other people to see.

Helpful Hint # 6

Did you know, that you could leave comments or instructions about a transaction in the "Document Checklist". On the bottom left side there is an option called "Comments / Instructions", clicking on it will open a page that you can leave comments or instructions for others to see.
